Ice Out Update #2 - Vermillion Bay Lodge

We’ve dipped back into the deep freeze with the return of the “polar vortex”. The ice is tight to shore, and we have a skiff of fresh snow. This might prove problematic for those predicting an early April ice out……or will it?

I did not realize Eagle Lake had such a problem with stray dogs…they’re everywhere.

And to think that I’ve already mowed the grass 3 times, and I’m only 1,000+ miles away.
