Andy April 6, 2018 at 10:59 am Reply Gord, now that you have honed your sucker catching skills I think you should take advantage of this late ice and head over to Clearwater to fish some of those spawning burbot? We cant wait to see the new and improved winch fastened securely with lag bolts.
Gord April 6, 2018 at 3:28 pm Reply I will be getting back into the portage lakes soon…..gas, fixing stuff the Perchmaster broke, etc. Maybe checking out the burbot would be interesting…..but hardly as challenging as mastering the art of sucker fishing.
Professor April 7, 2018 at 9:34 am Reply Hi Gord…Exceptional photo of that giant laker, just beautiful. And speaking of beautiful, the missus was thrilled to know you will have the winch on Clearwater working as intended. Me too. Uh oh, I just peed myself with all the excitement of this great news!
Dustin Kaehr April 6, 2018 at 4:57 pm Reply As defending champ, I’ve been strategizing since last May. Has there ever been a champion defend their title?
Charles weiss April 6, 2018 at 9:38 pm Reply Lake trout and white sucker ice fishing ! Oh! My! Bipolar winter weather, the answer is blowing in the wind?!
Gord April 7, 2018 at 4:24 pm Reply We’ve had repeat winners in all categories. Andy seems intent on holding onto the perch title……so recently stripped from Paul Fulka…..and coveted by Kurt (formerly known as the PerchMaster)
len April 7, 2018 at 2:31 pm Reply I like the idea of sitting in the driveway enjoying a cerveza! You need a fire and a cigar!
Gord April 7, 2018 at 4:25 pm Reply I need to light a fire under my butt and get cabin 4 ready for May Long…….
