Perchmaster June 6, 2011 at 6:53 pm Reply OK Andy and Joe you missed it so next year will be your chance to place a case of Moosehead on a contest so make sure your up for opening week!!!! Now you have the proof Gord did not clean the fish this year Mike helped Mark.
Gord June 6, 2011 at 8:49 pm Reply Impressive Pile O Perch there Perchmaster! I almost feel sorry for Mike…….
Professor June 7, 2011 at 8:15 am Reply Dear Readers…Please join me by bowing your heads in a moment of silent awe to the perch catching prowess of Kurt and Mark. These two fine anglers are truly remarkable. And, were it not for their personalities, they might be downright charming. Perchmaster…Please give Andy and I a bit of credit here for knowing that by accepting your perch challenge we most certainly would lose a case of beer.
Perchmaster June 7, 2011 at 6:12 pm Reply Professor you can’t and I won’t let you give up that fast. The challenge is set and I see Gord might be setting it for opening week for “PERCH MADNESS”
Professor June 9, 2011 at 11:12 am Reply Perchmaster…Would it be acceptable for Andy and I to just send you a check for a case of beer?
Perchmaster June 9, 2011 at 5:59 pm Reply No Joe that won’t cut it. You must make the trip and put in the effort. I know if you and Andy put all your degrees together you could do it if you want…
Perchmaster June 7, 2011 at 6:09 pm Reply Now Teal you can’t be bashing me cause I was the one that got Gord to put his new rod to work that you gave him. I must say very nice rod you made..
Gord June 7, 2011 at 9:02 pm Reply Nice rod indeed……nailed some dandy bass on Caribou today with the “Teal River Rod Special”….
Teal River June 8, 2011 at 11:55 am Reply Thank you. Thank you very much. I still feel sorry for Mike.
Perchmaster June 9, 2011 at 5:56 pm Reply Don’t feel sorry for Mike Gord pays him well I’m sure!!!! I might have to check out those Teal River rods now if I could only find the link to your site
Andy June 9, 2011 at 8:11 pm Reply What can I say other than…impressive. Gord should be ashamed of himself. The one question I have is this: what’s up with the perch sized pike? Or are those pike sized perch? I am going to have to think about a teal river rod myself. My friend Steve Kohlstedt in Richland Center raves about them.
Andy June 9, 2011 at 8:13 pm Reply Perchmaster, I may spend a day late this summer trying to find these fish in deeper water. I see no reason why these couldn’t be found in this bay in the deepest water. Would you agree?
Perchmaster June 11, 2011 at 8:37 am Reply Should be you just won’t find the numbers and the size may not be as large..
Gord June 9, 2011 at 10:02 pm Reply Maybe Brad can put up a reply with a link to his website…..Teal River Rods. I have several, and can say you are really not a true fisherman until you own one……!! Man, you guys are missing out…… Plus, if you can’t catch fish on his rod, he will do a free eye exam………just cause that’s the kind of guy his is……stands by his product……………….
Teal River June 10, 2011 at 10:39 am Reply Man, I haven’t had it laid on this thick in quite some time. Gord, you must have some chores for me to do while I’m “vacationing” at VBL! Okay, here is my web address: tealriverrods.com
Perchmaster June 11, 2011 at 8:38 am Reply No he does not have chores for you he is sucking up for another rod!!!!
