Ice fishing update……..

Here’s a few shots of some of the ice fishing activity going on……..

Susanne holding a small trout (can you see it?) on Clearwater Lake.

I thought this was an “artistic” shot of a tip-up and auger on Teggau Lake.

This look at ice fishing fashion is interesting, or is it? The walleye and whitefish are nice though.

Susanne and a good eater lake trout. Nice hat-head !

  1. Now that is what we have been waiting for a little ice fishing update and good to see you got off the couch and hit the hardwater.
And that would be nice Hat Susanne you give up your day job and go into fashion… HAHAHA!!!
Nice fish but I now have to ask more about this Teggau Lake and what kind of fish are in it and where is it located?
Just for the record that ice auger tip up pic is nice but that is a NONO on putting the augar in the ice like that, it is not good for the blades.
But I guess when you have CA$H like you got you don't worry about the little things…HAHA!!!

    How come no pike pics?
I sent you those nice pike rigs a couple of years ago and I know they work here in Wisconsin and they work on Largemouth as you saw from the pics I sent to you in the e-mail today…
Overall nice job hope to see some more…..

Testimonials

This is a first class resort located on Vermillion Bay on Eagle Lake. The cabins are very clean and well kept. The boats are new with new motors and are in great shape. The owner will also clean your fish for you after your day on the water. Make no mistake the fishing on Eagle Lake is world class.

The Lodge is owned by Gord and Susanne Bastable who will make you feel welcome and before you know it you feel like family. They are the best of hosts. The atmosphere is low key and laid back leading to a great vacation.

This is my 19th year of enjoying the hospitality of the lodge and i can’t think of going anywhere else on Eagle Lake.
